Please note that we do not accommodate goods that are smaller than the capacity of a shipping container. This ensures optimal usage of space and compliance with international shipping standards. We specialize in handling substantial shipments to maximize efficiency and value for our customers. As such, we require a minimum cargo weight of 25 metric tons or more for every shipment. Smaller loads will not be accommodated, as we aim to meet the needs of businesses requiring bulk transportation services.

WHAT IS NEEDED
It is mandatory to provide all necessary documentation for your exports. For agricultural exports, you must include all required certifications, such as phytosanitary certificates, quality assurance documents, or relevant export permits. Failing to provide these can delay the shipping process and may incur additional costs. Exporters should familiarize themselves with the list of goods prohibited for international trade under the regulations of their region and destination country. Transporting restricted items can lead to penalties or confiscation.

TRANSPORT OPTIONS AND DEPARTURE PORTS
Customers have the flexibility to choose whether they will use our trucking service to transport cargo from their country’s loading depot to the designated harbor. If you opt not to use our trucking service, you must arrange for your cargo to be delivered to the loading port on time and by your own means. Timeliness is critical to avoid delays, which may result in additional charges to the customer.
CARGO INSURANCE FOR TRANSIT BY SEA
To enhance the security of your shipment, Zareen Baig Logistics offers cargo insurance for maritime transit. This service is available upon request and incurs an additional cost. TRUCKING SERVICES FOR LOCAL TRANSPORT
For customers who opt for our trucking service, we will dispatch trucks to your country to load your cargo at the designated location (SADC and Eastern African Nations only). Once loaded, the trucks will transport your goods securely to the harbor for shipping. This end-to-end logistics support ensures a seamless process from pickup to delivery at the port of departure.
ZAREEN BAIG REGIONAL SHIPPING SCOPE
Our logistics services are currently focused on shipments originating from the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region and Eastern African regions to destinations around the world. Please note that we do not offer shipping services for cargo moving in the reverse direction, i.e., from international locations back to SADC or Eastern African regions.
