To help us serve you efficiently, please verify that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and complete before submission. For first-time clients, full payment is required upfront for all private hire trips. However, for established clients, negotiations regarding discounts or payment arrangements can be facilitated through our customer service team. In the rare event of a breakdown, ZABACO African Ltd will promptly send either a replacement truck or a qualified mechanic to minimize disruption to your journey. At present, our trucks operate exclusively under private hire arrangements. We are pleased to provide cross-border services to destinations including Malawi, Namibia, Tanzania, South Africa, Zambia, Uganda, and Zimbabwe.
